The next step is the one of the most exciting and fun parts…exploring the design possibilities. A good designer will listen to your wants and needs, then will create a plan featuring a variety of design concepts to fulfill your goals.
Next, the construction process will begin. After obtaining the proper permits we will set up containment and maintain air quality during the course of demolition. We use the same type of containment implemented by mold specialists to ensure that there is no unnecessary spread of construction waste through the air. Once demolition has been complete, there will be a pre-construction cleaning before containment barriers are taken down. If it is the clients wishes containment and negative air pressure can be maintained through the course of construction as well. During construction all sub contractors will be organized and schedules maintained to ensure quality and completion time.
As the construction process nears it's closing, it’s a very exciting time because your remodeling project has taken shape and is almost ready for your usage. At this point we will walk through the site with you and create a final purchase list of items to be completed. Once this is complete you will be able to enjoy your new improvement.
